Meet The Founders
Mike Pavey, Co-Founder and President
Leadership is key and Mike has been in leadership positions for the majority of his life. Mike has brought visioning to all organizations in which he has been involved. He has been involved in ALL PHASES of a project from the inception of an idea, planning, designing, engineering, scheduling, to construction management and project hand-off. With an understanding of projects from the clients’ and consultants’ sides of the table, he has always taken the most pride in his personal ownership of all projects that require his expertise. Clients want someone who will understand their needs and who will go the extra mile to protect their project, assuring them a successful project outcome.
Understanding the client’s vision, transforming ideas into a set of plans, and communicating as the project is under construction have allowed Emerald Group, Inc. to be involved in very successful projects throughout the company’s history.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science and an Associate’s Degree from Purdue University, along with numerous specialized training certifications from the University of Oklahoma, I.U., and Ball State University.
Mike is married to his wife Christy, and they have one child, Nicholas. Mike enjoys sports as a participant and a fan who treasures time spent with friends and family.
